A. Turn on the pump
1. Check whether the fastening parts are firm, whether the pressure gauge and cooling water are easy to use, whether the outlet valve and the exhaust valve of the pump are closed and leaking;
2. Slowly open the inlet valve, check for leaks, and contact for treatment if necessary;
3. Open the exhaust valve and the two exhaust valves of the pump itself, exhaust slowly, and pay attention to safety at the same time to avoid scalding accidents. After multiple exhausts, it is confirmed that there is no gas in the system;
4. Turn on the power supply, observe the pressure gauge and TRG indication on the discharge side, if the steering is wrong, contact and deal with it before proceeding to the next step;
5. When the pressure and operating conditions are normal, slowly open the valve on the discharge side to reach the specified pressure value;
6. Check again the pressure gauge reading, TRG indication, running sound, abnormal vibration and cooling water condition.
B. Stop or switch the pump
1. After starting the standby pump according to the pump opening procedure, slowly close the outlet valve, and at the same time observe the operation of the standby pump, confirm that there is no abnormality, and close the outlet valve.
2. Press the stop button to stop the pump;
3. close the outlet valve;
4. Stop the cooling water.
2. Daily maintenance
1. Always check the smooth flow of cooling water to ensure that the surface temperature of the pump does not exceed the specified value, and also pay attention to saving water;
2. Always check the TRG instruction, and deal with it decisively if any abnormality occurs;
3. Check the pressure indication, the blockage of the inlet filter, and clean it if necessary;
4. Check the operation sound, vibration, leakage and other abnormal conditions and deal with them;
5. Adjust the outlet valve to ensure that it is not overloaded;
6. For the troubleshooting of the canned pump, refer to the TRG instructions and the fault of the canned pump and its causes and solutions;
7. If the pump is not used for a long time, the cooling water and medium of the pump should be purged to ensure that it does not corrode and freeze.
